Are all ONSRA products shipped from India?

No. ONSRA boards stocked by Plugflex are dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse. Certain ONSRA parts and replacement components are ordered directly from ONSRA Switzerland and shipped to our Mumbai fulfilment centre before being dispatched to you.

How long do ONSRA parts take to arrive?

ONSRA parts ordered from Switzerland follow a separate fulfilment timeline due to international transit and customs clearance. The applicable shipping information is displayed on the individual product page.
