🛒 Free Shipping Across India

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.

  • Whether you’re in Delhi, Bengaluru, or a remote town, PlugFlex delivers at no extra cost.

⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive timely updates if there are delays due to high demand, brand partner stock, or courier issues.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

  • Products stocked in India

    Products stocked at our Mumbai warehouse are generally processed and dispatched within 72 hours.

    Estimated delivery:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    • Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
    • Remote areas: 6–10 business days

    Same-day delivery may be available in Mumbai on select orders.

  • ONSRA Switzerland Fulfilment

    Certain ONSRA parts, replacement components and accessories are ordered directly from ONSRA Switzerland after purchase and shipped to our Mumbai fulfilment Centre before being dispatched to the customer.

    These products follow a separate fulfilment timeline due to international transit and customs clearance.

    Tracking will be provided once the order is dispatched from our Mumbai fulfilment centre.

💳 Payment & COD

  • We offer secure online payments (Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI via Razorpay).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on select products and serviceable locations.

  • For high-value premium products, prepaid or EMI payments are recommended for faster processing.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email & WhatsApp.

  • Track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or missing, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

🌏 International Shipping

  • Currently, PlugFlex ships only within India.

  • Global shipping will be introduced soon as we expand.
