PlugFlex Terms of Service & Payment Policy 

Welcome to PlugFlex. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to keep your experience secure, transparent, and premium.

Payment Methods

We accept multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)

  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, etc.)

  • EMI Options (via Razorpay) → Pay in easy installments on eligible orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on select products and locations

Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

  • PlugFlex does not store your payment details on its servers.

  • Online payments are processed instantly. Failed transactions are automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (unless otherwise specified).

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and brand partner inventory.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered and acknowledged.

  • PlugFlex reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected fraud.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds (for approved returns) are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via store credit or bank transfer after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product/model in case of defects or wrong item delivered.

  • If out of stock, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.

EMI Policy (via Razorpay)

  • EMI is available on eligible products and orders above the minimum transaction value set by your bank/issuer.

  • Interest rates and tenures vary by bank and payment provider.

  • EMI transactions are processed securely via Razorpay, and repayment is managed directly by your bank/issuer.

Limitation of Liability

PlugFlex’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
