🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Pan-India with free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Delivery estimates:
      • Metro cities: 3–5 days
      • Non-metro: 4–7 days
      • Remote areas: 6–10 days

  • A tracking link will be shared by email once your order ships.

  • You may opt for express/insured shipping at an extra charge (depending on product).

🔄 Returns & Replacement

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns / replacements accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products, with original packaging.

  • Products must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Process & Liability

  • Contact us at support@plugflex.in with order ID and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).

  • Returns are customer-initiated: return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless defect/incorrect item.

  • We recommend packaging the return securely — damage in transit may void your claim.

Refunds & Charges

  • After we inspect the item and confirm it's in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid) or as store credit / bank transfer (for COD).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is our mistake.

  • Deductions: handling or restocking fees may apply (for large items or if parts show signs of use).

  • For issues of damage, scratches, or signs of usage beyond what’s acceptable, we may deduct a reasonable amount.

🛠️ Service, Warranty & Repair

  • Each product comes with a warranty period (specified on the product page).

  • If your product develops a fault under warranty:
      • You may be asked to ship it to us (shipping cost borne by customer, unless covered).
      • We’ll inspect and repair/replace as needed, within a service assessment time of 2–5 business days.
      • If repair is out-of-warranty or usage-caused, we’ll quote the cost, and only proceed after your approval.

  • Products must be returned fully packaged, safe for transit, with batteries secured.

  • We highly recommend shipping insurance for returns / repairs.

❗ Important Exceptions & Notes

  • Products damaged by misuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible for returns or warranty service.

  • Customized or special-order items (if any) may be non-returnable — to be clearly marked.

  • Returns without prior approval will be refused.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or repair request that doesn’t meet our policy terms.
