 PlugFlex Returns & Refunds Policy

At PlugFlex, we stand behind the quality of every product we bring to India. From Swiss-engineered skateboards to cutting-edge wearables, we curate only the best. If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right — swiftly and fairly.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • For safety reasons, personal care products, hygiene-related items, or products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.


2. Refund Conditions

  • Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund once the product is inspected and approved.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

  • Damaged / Wrong Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Return & Exchange Process

    • Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup from your address.

  3. Inspection & Refund

    • Once we receive your item, our quality team inspects it.

    • Approved returns → Refund processed to your original payment method (prepaid) or as store credit/bank transfer (COD).

    • Processing time: 5–7 working days.

  4. Exchanges

    • Available for the same product/model if in stock.

    • If out of stock, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.


4. Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • PlugFlex reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
