PlugFlex Returns & Refunds Policy
At PlugFlex, we stand behind the quality of every product we bring to India. From Swiss-engineered skateboards to cutting-edge wearables, we curate only the best. If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right — swiftly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For safety reasons, personal care products, hygiene-related items, or products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
2. Refund Conditions

Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund once the product is inspected and approved.

COD Orders: Refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

Damaged / Wrong Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Approval & Pickup

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup from your address.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your item, our quality team inspects it.

Approved returns → Refund processed to your original payment method (prepaid) or as store credit/bank transfer (COD).

Processing time: 5–7 working days.

Exchanges
-
Available for the same product/model if in stock.

If out of stock, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.

4. Important Notes

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

PlugFlex reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
